Development plans for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.
Also contained in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
